It has been proven that our bodies hold our emotions, so by doing yoga and art therapy, you can access deep emotions and then express those emotions on a fundamental level, perhaps even being able to bypass our typical rigid defense mechanisms we would encounter when we try to verbally express our emotions. Join Savannah Flores and me as we develop insight into our selves and improve our ability to make conscious choices through yoga and art therapy.
